At TastVeda, we believe everyday food should nourish the body, not just fill the stomach. Our journey began with a simple question — why did rotis made earlier taste better, smell fresher, and feel lighter to digest? The answer led us back to time-tested tradition.
We craft our attas using the slow stone-chakki grinding method, an age-old technique that preserves the natural fibre, vitamins, and minerals of grains. Unlike high-speed roller milling, slow grinding avoids excess heat, helping retain nutrition, aroma, and authentic taste.


What We Do
We craft premium functional attas using carefully selected grains, millets, pulses, seeds and spices – Stone-Ground slowly to preserve natural nutrition, softness and aroma. Each blend is mindfully designed to support daily wellness with balanced fibre, protein and essential micro-nutrients. From everyday rotis to high nutrition recipes, our attas deliver better digestion, steady energy and wholesome taste in every meal.
